Join Denver Audubon at the Kingery Nature Center for a hands-on iNaturalist training followed by an exciting mini bioblitz to document our local wildlife for the City Nature Challenge. After exploring, we’ll gather back together to share our unique discoveries and contribute our data to this global community science effort.

During this hour-long yoga and intuitive movement sequence inspired by Birds and their song, we'll cultivate presence and gratitude, come home to our bodies, and connect with the beauty of the planet. With a unique blend of yoga, simple dance steps, and affirmation, we'll celebrate each other and Birds to the tune of a playlist infused with Birdsong.
