Come explore this long-established northwest Denver Park in early March and see what ducks are enjoying the lake. We will also hike around the lake and see what birds are hanging out in the trees and on the lawns. Dress for the weather and bring your binoculars and a scope if you have one.

Denver Audubon is excited to host our very first “Birding Without Barriers” field trip designed for community members in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. At this popular Denver park, we will explore Duck Lake and Ferril Lake at a leisurely pace in search of ducks, geese, resident songbirds, woodpeckers, and raptors. Bring your own binoculars or borrow a pair from us!
