Join Denver Audubon for a talk by Jessie Reese, Migratory Ecology Program Lead at Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, on Motus Wildlife Tracking and its role in bird conservation. Motus is an international research network that uses miniaturized tracking tags and receiving stations placed across the landscape to study the movements and behavior of birds, bats, and insects. Jessie will explore how this powerful technology is transforming our understanding of migration and helping conservationists better protect and understand birds.
