Genesee Mountain Park

Please join us in this beautiful mountain park to see what birds are migrating through or staying after the breeding season. Be prepared for some easy trail hiking and foothill elevations. We would expect to see bluebirds, nuthatches, woodpeckers, jays, corvids and, possibly, crossbills and migrating hummingbirds.

Meeting Place: Genesee Mountain Park, 20 miles west of Denver on I-70, exit 254, then turn south (left) and cross above I-70. Meet leader at main parking lot on south side of the exit.
