Summary
Description
Join us for a weekly exploration of Tucker Gulch in search of some interesting birds! The riparian corridor should host a nice array of birds, with a variety of lingering winter visitors, year-round residents, and early migrants. Of course, birders of all experience levels are welcome. We'll be using some of the identification tips and habitat concepts found in the "BIRD BOMBS: Habitat Blast: Riparian Zone" BIRD BOMBS episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vd3aHNdvvbA
Plan for up to 2 miles of walking, mostly on paved paths. Bring binoculars, water, a snack, and a couple of layers. There are no restrooms on our route, but there is a nearby gas station if you'd like to stop beforehand.
This trip is led by Ryan Corda.
