South Platte Park and Carson Nature Center for Developing Birders (Co-sponsored trip with DFO)

Join us for a casual morning walk along the South Platte where we will look for ducks, geese, raptors, and maybe a sparrow or two. This walk will be beginner birder friendly with a focus on habitat and behaviors. Expect to walk up to three miles on level, dirt paths. Please wear close toe shoes. Sun protection is encouraged. A scope is optional, your guide will have one to share with the group. Hope to see you there!
