An afternoon exploration of a classic birding site

We'll try a few places at the Arsenal on a winter afternoon to see what we can find. Perhaps the wintering Northern Cardinal will still be around and will cooperate, and we can look for raptors. We will probably drive the auto tour loop. Plan for cold weather. We will carpool from the meeting spot in three cars, and we may walk up to two miles. Bring snack and drink. Restroom at the meeting spot.
