Summary
A morning birding trip exploring the Ken Caryl area and Deer Creek.
Description

We will visit a few areas in search of a winter birds at private Ken Caryl Ranch and nearby Deer Creek. Plan for up to 2 miles of walking on easy terrain, with snowy and icy conditions possible. We may see three species of jays, Townsend's Solitaire, Mountain chickadee and raptors including possible Golden Eagle, and more. Newer birders and questions are very welcome. Bring snack and drink. We will carpool from the meeting spot. Restroom at the meeting spot.
