Description
Let's explore some trails at lovely Roxborough State Park looking for migrant and resident landbirds. We might see warblers, sparrows, woodpeckers, and maybe a Golden Eagle or White-throated Swift. We will walk up to three miles on single track trails and broad paths with some gentle gradients. Bring drink, snack, good walking shoes, sunscreen and a hat. There is a restroom near the meeting spot. A park pass is required for all vehicles.
This trip is led by David Suddjian.
Meet in Roxborough State Park at the main parking lot near the park visitor center. From the entrance kiosk proceed to the last parking lot at the end of the entry road.
