Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge offers access to a large tract of grassland with riparian corridors and small wetlands. Prairie sparrows, raptors, and other grassland species are common in spring and summer.
This trip is led by Carly Crow and Matthew Hazelgren.
Meet at Rocky Flats NWR North Entrance. Meeting location is the public access parking lot on the south side of CO Hwy 128, one mile west of Indiana St.
