Description
Join us at this beautiful northwest Denver Park (near I-70 and Federal) to see ducks in the late winter season. We'll walk around the lake to view water birds from different angles and see what birds may be in the mature cottonwoods and other trees and shrubs in the park. The walk should be on easy terrain.
Meeting Place: Parking lot at Rocky Mountain Lake Park, 3301 W. 46th Ave., Denver, CO. Enter the small parking lot adjacent to the tennis courts and baseball fields from W. 46th Ave., just east of Lowell Blvd. If the lot is full, there should be parking along 46th Ave.
Leaders: Audubon Master Birders Dick Anderson and Mary Keithler (303-941-7009)
