Birding Insights - Native Plants for Fall Migration

You must register for this workshop (limit: 28 people) and complete the liability form when you register. Walk-up or impromptu participants will not be allowed.

Description: Did you know that autumn can be a wonderful time for planting Colorado native wildflowers, grasses, and shrubs?  We will explore some of the different late season blooming plants and berry-producing shrubs that help to power fall migration as certain bird species head South for winter.  Take a tour of our demonstration gardens and explore the ponds and South Platte River in search of year-round resident birds, migratory warblers, hummingbirds, and pollinators.
