Cherry Creek Wetlands

This half day walk begins at the Prairie Loop and passes through most of the important habitats in the park. The distance is about 3 miles and trails can be muddy and slippery during inclement weather. Bring water and a snack, lunch is optional. Beginning birders welcome. Trip leaders will compile a monthly bird list of total species and individuals seen.

Meeting Place: Cherry Creek State Park Prairie Loop (from either park entrance, follow Lake View Rd. to Prairie Loop located at south rim of reservoir).
