Sunday Morning with Our Iridescent Friends in Tina Jones’ Garden

Visit a Littleton suburban yard environment to see and learn how to attract and to identify Colorado hummingbirds and also gain knowledge of common backyard birds. This private yard has attracted 6 species of hummers and rare songbirds. It has been featured in two horticultural books. One will see and learn what plants to grow to attract certain birds (plant lists will be provided). The quantity of hummingbirds is not as high as in the foothills, but this provides for easier identification. Bring binoculars, a small fold up chair, a bird field guide, water, and LUNCH.
