Description

"Wildlife Warriors" is a half-day winter break camp designed to inspire young adventurers to become stewards of nature. Through this immersive experience, children will learn how to practice Leave No Trace, a principle of outdoor ethics that reduces our impact on wildlife and their habitats when recreating outdoors. Through interactive sessions led by experienced naturalists, children will develop a deep understanding of ecosystems, animal behavior, and the impact of human activities on the environment. Wildlife Warriors will not only gain practical skills but also cultivate a sense of responsibility and stewardship for Colorado's landscapes and wildlife.

This is a three hour drop off program for children 5+, 9:00am to 12:00pm. Please dress warm, bring a refillable water bottle, and pack a snack!
