It is that time of year in Colorado when the spring migrants are showing up and the Wheat Ridge Greenbelt is a great place to find them. We will travel along the bike path, gravel path, and the boardwalk traversing different habitats locating a variety of birds. We can expect to see great Blue Herons, Belted Kingfishers, American Dipper, Yellow-rumped Warblers, and so many more species. Beginning birders are encouraged to join. Distance traveled will be approximately 2 miles.
