This year we dedicate our Tuesday Birders’ Birdathon on May 7^th to Ann Bonnell. She took over Patty Ecklemeyer’s adult birding class and led the Tuesday Birders group for over 40 years! She was our Leader, Mentor, and dear Friend. Our roster now has 333 people with an average of 35 birders who meet up each week at local parks. Pictured on the above page is the park bench at Bear Creek Lake Park that Tuesday Birders dedicated to Ann.  And here on this page, Ann is enjoying bird banding at Barr Lake State Park.
