FlockNRoll

FlockNRoll is comprised of three biologists with a wide range of research topics. Adriana Jacobi is PhD student studying the survival and fecundity of Colorado’s very own and well-loved state grass, Bouteloua gracilis. Carly Crow completed her master’s degree on the parasitic flies plaguing the famous Darwin’s Finches of the Galapagos Islands and just finished a field season tracking the movement and success of Northern Bobwhite Quail with Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Megan Miller is working on a master’s degree studying the effect of air pollution and drought on the oxidative stress of migrating birds. Together we will traverse Colorado South to North hoping to peak 150 species. We will be birding on May 19.
