The Young Birders Club will be birding on Sunday, May 19^th in support of Birdathon!  They will be honing their skills in identification and spotting in order to see how many birds and different species they can find in one outing. 

Birdathon is one of Denver Audubon’s major fundraisers. It’s kind of like a walkathon, but we count birds instead of walking laps. You can pledge a certain amount per species (anything from $0.25 to $10.00 per species) by emailing info@denveraudubon.org, or donate a lump sum in any amount. Proceeds from this event fund Denver Audubon’s mission of “Inspiring actions that protect birds, other wildlife, and their habitats through education, conservation, and research.”
