Description
It's spring! Let's visit Lagerman Reservoir, where we are sure to see a variety of ducks, puzzle over shorebirds, appreciate the return of the pelicans and osprey, and see what else is around. While the full loop trail around the reservoir closes on April 1, we can still walk a good part of the trail and back -- which is what we'll plan to do. We'll also spend time scoping from the area near the parking lot. Plan to walk a few miles on mostly level, gravel trail. This trip is led by DFO leader Laura Steadman.
Meet at Lagerman Reservoir Parking lot. It is at 40.13613787214725, -105.19053024628352 , which is accessed from the south side of Pike Road 0.5 mile west of N. 75th Street in Boulder County.
